Beata Malinowska

Beata is Deputy Director of Strategy and Transformation at London Ambulance Service NHS Trust, leading the organisation’s strategy, transformation and quality improvement functions.

She brings extensive experience from both the public and private sectors, with expertise in organisational development, programme management and system‑wide change. She has held senior roles at NEL Healthcare Consulting, Hounslow CCG and across community, mental health, acute and commissioning services.

Her work has focused on large‑scale transformation, cultural change and improving patient and staff experience. Key achievements include leading LAS’s five‑year strategy and establishing its organisation‑wide Quality Improvement approach.
