Nic Moorhouse

Nicola is an internal communications specialist with extensive experience across the public and charity sectors. A national CIPR award winner, she was recognised for transforming internal communications at Torbay Council, where a people‑centred approach significantly improved staff morale.

For the past five years, she has been Internal Communications Manager at South Western Ambulance Service, introducing a highly successful staff app that has reshaped how frontline colleagues access information.
